Registrations must reach us by the following deadlines:

• If you need a host family, no later than July 9, 2025.
• If you do not need accommodation, no later than August 1, 2025.

The tuition fee for the Master Classes is set at:

• €675.00 if you need a host family
• €575.00 if you do not

To validate your registration, you must:

• Send us the completed registration form
• Pay a deposit of €175.00 to the account BE43 1490 5574 8501

The remaining balance will be paid either in cash upon arrival or by bank transfer at least 8 days before the start of the Master Classes. In case of withdrawal, the administrative deposit will not be refunded.

The course package includes:

• Classes
• Access to rehearsal rooms
• Accommodation during the course, with breakfast and dinner
• Transportation, as far as possible, between the host family's residence and the course locations

The package does NOT include:

• Travel between your home and Belgium
• Transfers between airports or train stations and the city of Wavre
• Lunches
• Your personal expenses

Host family accommodation is organized free of charge if you request it when you register. In the case of late registrations, this cannot be guaranteed.

Please note: free accommodation is only offered DURING the course.

Early arrivals and late departures pose significant organizational problems, and our host families are not hotels. RMIW wishes to protect host families from possible abuse.

Students who wish to arrive earlier or leave later will do so at their own expense and without the intervention of RMIW.

In principle, transportation between national airports or train stations is not included in the course package. You will find the access modes to the city of Wavre on the website.

In case of difficulties, please communicate in advance with the RMIW team by sending us a copy of your plane ticket by email.

If you suffer from allergies or any other significant medical condition, such as diabetes, or if you need a special diet, please inform us via the registration form.
